Lend Lease Communities (trading as Lend Lease, formerly Delfin Lend Lease) is the Australian Master Planned Communities arm of property and infrastructure company Lend Lease Corporation, an Australian-based global property and infrastructure solutions company. ==History== Originally named Delfin, the company was established as a 'Development Finance' (Del-fin) arm of the now ANZ bank. After separation from ANZ, Delfin Property Group was acquired by Lend Lease Corporation in 2001 for $172 million (AUD). Upon acquisition, Delfin Property Group was de-listed and became Delfin Lend Lease, a subsidiary company of Lend Lease Corporation.〔(Lend Lease buys Delfin )〕 As part of corporate restructures in 2009, it was announced that previously separate business units would be merged into an entity known as 'one Lend Lease'. Whilst the announcement of 'one Lend Lease' was based on business structural changes, each business unit retained the individual branding entities.
